Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re new to sound healing or just curious about what to expect, you’re not alone. Below are some common questions people ask before a session. If something’s still unclear or personal to your situation, you’re always welcome to reach out.

Tibetan sound healing is an ancient practice that uses singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments to bring the body and mind into a state of deep rest. The vibrations from these sounds move through the body—helping to clear tension, balance energy, and calm the nervous system. It’s not something you have to understand with the mind. You’ll feel it.

Not at all. Whether you’ve meditated for years or this is your very first time doing something like this, you are welcome. There’s no right or wrong way to receive sound healing—just come as you are.

You’ll lie down comfortably (fully clothed), close your eyes, and let the sound wash over you. In private sessions, bowls may be gently placed on your body to allow the vibration to move more directly through your system. There’s no movement or talking—just deep rest and stillness

Sound travels beautifully—even through digital space. Using a high-quality mic setup and Zoom, I guide you into a relaxed state, then play live instruments while you rest in your own space. Headphones are recommended, and I’ll help you get set up if you’re new to it.

An open mind and no expectations

Yes, many people find that after just one session, they feel more grounded, clear, and deeply relaxed. Sound healing isn’t a substitute for therapy or medical care—but it works beautifully alongside them, especially for emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and sleep support.

That’s completely natural. Sound often stirs energy that’s been stuck for a long time. If tears come, or emotions arise, they are welcome. You are held with care—always.

You can book directly online or send a message if you’d like to speak first. I’m always happy to connect before you commit to anything.
